All transactions on god55 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). god55 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: FPX, DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of god55's operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. god55's decision on all gaming disputes is final and binding unless overturned by the applicable regulatory authority through its dispute resolution process.
Nothing in this clause limits god55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or to protect confidential information.
